One of the most endearing symbols of childhood is the red wagon. Here in Southern California and around the world, this simple toy represents a wonderful and carefree time of life for a child.

Unfortunately, there are too many children who cannot experience all the joy that life offers. Sickness, poverty, or family difficulties force these children to grow up too quickly, and abandon the innocence of youth. The Red Wagon Foundation, a non-profit organization, was born from the desire to make a difference in the lives of young people encountering these obstacles.

What We Do

The Red Wagon Foundation provides funds raised by public and private donations to organizations that promote a better quality of life for children.

Organizations working for the advancement of medical research as well as community programs that promote the positive development of youth through education, mentoring, athletics and the arts are strongly supported by the Foundation. These organizations must serve the needs of local youth, and are selected entirely on merit to receive funding from the Red Wagon Foundation by its Board of Directors.

The Red Wagon Foundation pledges to uphold its responsibilities as a non-profit 501(c) 3 corporation in the most efficient way possible. The objective of the Foundation is to keep expenses and overhead to a minimum, providing the recipients with as much funding as possible.

The Red Wagon Foundation assures you that your donations will directly benefit a child. We research and monitor organizations that receive funding to guarantee that your contributions go to assisting a young person.
